Drayton Enterprises has pioneered and perfected the self-rising live yeast technology. Our innovative process provides fresh baked products from raw dough in as little as 10 minutes. This freezer to oven convenience has been accepted by the world's finest bakers, and has turned inexperienced employees into remarkable bakers.
This technological break through was first used in our self-rising pizza crusts. Drayton was instrumental in the introduction of self-rising crusts in the frozen pizza industry. Our current line of products includes: cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, dough balls, breadsticks, biscuits, and artisan breads.
