• Sanitation Supervisor -
  1. Organizes and manages sanitation resources including time, supplies, employees, and equipment and coordinates sanitation and cleaning operations for the entire plant including production areas, packaging, entrances, restrooms, break room, locker room, offices and grounds. 2. Maintains sanitation and cleaning schedule ensuring each area of the plant is in compliance with State, Federal and Company regulations including FDA, Military, and AIB. 3. Monitors sanitation and cleaning operations by continuously checking conditions of equipment, floors, walls, and grounds and inspects premises for unsanitary practices and conditions. 4. Maintains awareness and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards ensuring proper procedures are followed and product safety is upheld. 5. Complies with local, state and federal regulations ensuring employee awareness and compliance in the areas of food safety, job safety, and injury reporting including OSHA requirements. 6. Performs plant inspections and reviews sanitation effectiveness ensuring that equipment is cleaned properly and paperwork completed accordingly. 7. Coordinates on the job training and instructs staff on proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures. 8. Communicates with other department managers and personnel on sanitation problems, and recommends changes in equipment or work practices to improve sanitation standards and purity of product. 9. Compiles required reports regarding regular inspections, sanitation violations, and steps to resolve deficiencies. 10. Maintains the equipment and products utilized by departments including mops, brooms, rags, waste bins, cleaning bottles, cleaning solutions, and other chemicals. 11. Attends meetings of instruction on changes in policy, procedures, and supervisor training to provide information about trends, problems, corrective action needed, and suggestions for improvements. 12. Other duties may be assigned.

• Scientist - Baker -
  1. Researches, tests, develops, and modifies products, procedures and equipment in conjunction with new and existing products. 2. Prepares samples of test and existing products for customers to demonstrate capabilities and performance of products to assist sales in introducing product to customers. 3. Performs research on new technologies/advancements in the food science field and applies them to existing and new product developments. 4. Assists Production department in implementation or modification of products within the production process ensuring product quality and efficiencies within company and federal guidelines and regulations. 6. Supports customer relations and sales through customer visits, teleconferencing, and troubleshooting as required. 7. Performs manipulation of dough such as kneading, rolling, sheeting, forming and baking as required to understand properties of dough make modifications. 8. Coordinates delivery of test products to customers ensuring appropriate handling procedures are followed and that product quality and food safety is upheld. 9. Attends and presents information at expos and tradeshows to promote capabilities of product. 10. Attends meetings of instruction on changes in policy, procedures, and training to provide information about trends, problems, corrective action needed, and suggestions for improvements. 11. Other duties may be assigned.

• Pack Helper Position - 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings -
  1. Performs general cleanup of area during and at the end of the shift to include sweeping and garbage removal. 2. Assists packaging team as needed by assembling finished products by stacking, bagging and boxing while ensuring quality and product consistency. 3. All other duties as assigned.

• Sanitation Technician 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions -
  1. Performs a variety of cleaning and sanitizing activities to include cleaning floors, walls, ceilings, and overheads; cleaning bathrooms, break room and locker rooms; disassembling and cleaning equipment and machines; removing trash and scrap dough; removing debris from grounds; washing pans; and other cleaning activities. 2. Operates a variety of cleaning equipment such as floor scrubber, power washer, mop, broom, scraper, and dishwasher following all safety procedures to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of plant equipment, buildings and grounds according to company and federal guidelines Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP. 3. Completes Sanitation paperwork ensuring that it is completed and filed appropriately. 4. Participates in company and departmental training on policies, procedures and work methods. 5. Other duties may be assigned.

• Mixer Helper Position - 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings -
  1. Scales and dispenses ingredients for mixing system according to established recipe by weighing ingredients such as frozen rework, flour, sugar, salt, yeast and other micro ingredients 2. Monitors ingredient levels and requests ingredient delivery ensuring product rotation, ingredient quality, lot code tracking and timely receipt of frozen, cooled and dry ingredients. 3. Operates mixing system based on manufacturing statement requirements and the appropriate recipe for the product specifications ensuring consistent dough mixing and delivery. 4. Completes all production paperwork designed to record all ingredient information and tracking to ensure traceability of the ingredients. 5. Performs general clean up and organizational duties during and at the end of each shift ensuring plant cleanliness and GMP’s. 6. Assists processing team by monitoring line and providing relief for break periods. 7. Performs all other duties as assigned.
